 On behalf of the Board of Directors, employees, volunteers, and the medical staff of the Community Medical Center of Izard County(CMC), Welcome! Since 1952, CMC has been committed to providing our patients and the communities we serve with quality, personalized health care. As a community hospital, we pledge to provide a comprehensive system of quality health care through caring, efficient, trusted, responsive, and courteous service every day.

 Our employees and medical staff take pride in our hospital and services, and are dedicated to providing compassionate care with uncmpromising standards. The highly educated and skilled physicians of our hospital significantly contribute to our great reputation. These physicians have chosen to work with us to ensure a commitment of excellence to those we serve. We are also grateful for the daily support of our volunteers and auxiliary.

Community Medical Center of Izard County is a 25-bed, critical access facility established in 1952 that provides both in-patient and out-patient services and maintains 24x7 emergency services. Our facility is based in Calico Rock, Arkansas, which is approximately 150 miles North of Little Rock.

The Community Medical Center has 10 physicians on staff and over 100  employees. Current active physicians include: Anthony Grasse, MD, Robert Lane, MD, Bethany Knight, MD, Don Wright, MD, and Dr. John D. Irvin. Specialty Physicians include: Dr. Jacob Dickinson, Dr. Daniel Valach, and Dr. Alex Dellinger.
