   The Medical Center of Calico Rock facility opened

   Hospital facility enlarged & remodeled four times

1985
   The clinic at Horseshoe Bend opened

1991
   New clinic built at Horseshoe Bend

1992
   New Home-Health building constructed

1995
   Clinic at Melbourne opened

1996
   Hospice program started

1999
   New clinic built at Melbourne

2001
   Name changed from Medical Center of Calico Rock to "Community Medical Center of Izard County"

2006 - 2007
  Hospital expansion project
